Account and learning records
The application stores your account name, email, a password hash, account status and assigned roles. It also stores saved practice results, quiz attempts and answers, lesson completion, video bookmarks, video completion and achievements. Password reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire after 30 minutes.
Sessions and operational records
A session cookie keeps you signed in and supports request protection. Authentication events, search activity, administrative changes and rate-limit records support operation and abuse prevention. Some operational records contain IP addresses.
External services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Video pages may load thumbnails from YouTube, and video playback uses YouTube privacy-enhanced embeds. Your browser contacts those services when their resources load. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.
Access and storage
Authorized institute staff can access records according to their permissions. Database backups may include account and learning records. The application does not currently offer automatic account deletion or a configurable data-retention schedule.
